I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in this city and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. One of the best aspects was the location on Yanqi lake, where guests can enjoy peaceful walks and scenic views. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with a great command of English language. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious choices.
Couldn't fault my stay at this hotel - it was truly a fantastic experience.

Spending my New Year at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk from main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English fluently. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, offering a wide range of international dishes and fresh juices. The hotel also had great amenities such as a gym and a pool.
Although the service was generally good, there were a few issues during my stay. The hotel was quite busy during the New Year holiday, which affected the level of service. Additionally, some of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were not as attentive as they could have been. however, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This hotel is pure luxury! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the exclusive amenities were beyond our expectations. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect spots to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the spa lounge was a great place to relax and enjoy a massage.
While the service was exceptional, the reception check-in took longer than expected and caused some inconvenience. we had an amazing stay at this hotel.

The hotel’s location was perfect for outdoor activities, with easy access to hiking trails and other recreational facilities.

If you want to be close to a beautiful lake while enjoying luxury, then this hotel is perfect! the room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the lake, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. the service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet surpassed expectations. I loved the facilities! There was a spa, pool, and even a private marina. the staff was friendly and helpful, and some even spoke English very well.
The check-in process took longer than expected.
